DOES IT WORK?
As a nutritionist I am always skeptical to new things, which is my role. But I have tried it now for four weeks and I can definitely feel a difference in my recovery. Its hard to tell the amount of it, but I can feel that I am less sore from really hard work outs. And I definitely feel better overall. I am not surprised of the effect it has after using a little longer.

I have read a lot about Unbroken and I know how it works in the body. It is actually a really good product and I believe it in.

HOW AND WHEN?
I have been taking Unbroken three times a day. One when I wake up, one after my first session and either after my second session or in the evening. I have been mixing with either sparkling water with taste or regular water.

I have been making it a part of my daily routine and I will also use during the CrossFit competitions.
